What we can help with

Corrections and factual challenges

This is the message we most want to receive. If you think something we have published is wrong, tell us — ideally with the article, the specific claim, and a source if you have one. We check every correction against the underlying research, and if you are right we fix the article and note what changed. Our Editorial Policy explains the process.

Questions we have not answered

Is there a coffee question you cannot find a straight answer to anywhere? Tell us what it is. Reader questions genuinely shape what we write next, particularly where the popular answer online looks unsupported.

Sources and research

If you are a researcher, roaster or standards body and you have published something relevant — or you believe we have summarised your work inaccurately — please get in touch. We would rather cite the primary source than a secondary write-up of it.

We publish original writing and quote briefly from published research with attribution. You are also welcome to raise a concern informally first; we usually resolve these quickly.

Advertising, partnerships and press

For advertising questions or media inquiries, use the same address. Note that we do not accept sponsored articles, paid editorial mentions or affiliate arrangements, so please do not send guest post or link insertion pitches — they are declined without exception.

Before you email

A few things that may answer your question faster:

• Health questions about caffeine. We cannot answer these, and we should not try. Our articles report published figures; anything about your own health, medication or pregnancy belongs with a clinician. See our Disclaimer.
• Product recommendations. We do not review or rank specific brands or machines. Our articles explain how equipment categories work so you can judge for yourself — for example where to buy coffee beans.
• "Why does my coffee taste bad?" There is a good chance what does coffee taste like or how to make the perfect cup of coffee already diagnoses it.
• Legal and privacy questions. Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy answer most of these directly.
